It was a terrible and harrowing experience and the ONLY thing that kept me sane was getting to work with Joy! I was so impressed by her ability to filter out (usually by visual inspection) the great properties from the not so great properties. Only by her experience, I got the full education in types of siding (which products had re-calls), types of plumbing (polyethylene pipes), and my home has grown in value in three short years by over 20%. I plan on purchasing a couple of investment properties in the future and will count on her to bring the value of her experiences to save me time and money.
